What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs (Fargo Courier , G4S  among other credible institutions).  For domestic (Orders within Kenya) orders, we offer standard shipping, which typically takes 1 business day, as well as expedited shipping, which takes 1-2 business days. For international orders, we offer standard international shipping, which typically takes 7-14 business days, as well as expedited international shipping, which takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times can vary depending on a few factors, such as your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Our standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders, but this can vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options that typically take 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders. However, please note that expedited shipping options may come with an additional cost.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package’s progress and estimated delivery date. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp . You can use this tracking number to track your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

To track your order, simply click on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier’s website. This will take you to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can see the status of your package and any updates on its location and estimated delivery date.
